1. You (the client) must send proper check-ins within the designated time frame so that Dr. Austin Adams (the coach) is aware of any issues or questions; 

2. You (the client) must maintain consistent communication with Dr. Austin Adams (the coach);

3. You (the client) must apply the strategies that you and Dr. Austin Adams (the coach) come up with together;

4. You (the client) must follow any other personally-outlined responsibilities, as given by Dr. Austin Adams (the coach); 

5. You (the client) must have completed the entire 90 days of your program;

6. You (the client) have not had any progress after practicing all strategies coached to you by Dr. Austin Adams (the coach)
